"Establish consistency throughout the platform visually, and introduce latest design trends to make the platform look more cleaner and polished."
Trial Run is a B2B experimentation and analytics platform that helps retail and consumer goods companies conduct experiments at scale before implementation.
The tool's front-end stack was built using React, allowing developers to develop scalable UI components that can be used across the platform. There was already a component library in place but there were too many redundancies in code as well visually, increasing dev and design times.
Business Requirements
Accessibility Issues: Color contrast ratios, overlays, and jarring interactions were major accessibility challenges.
Brand Mismatch: Trial Run’s color palette didn’t align with Fractal’s brand identity. The leadership wanted the product to be perceived as a Fractal Analytics product.
